Creative Team Leader

We are supporting an exciting family entertainment brand to grow its creative team with the hire of a Creative Team Leader. This is an opportunity to join a company that provides a universe of physical and online games with a global following of dedicated fans! The company has been developing its portfolio of games for over 30 years, they are a group of passionate entertainment professionals who have focused on listening to their audiences and are known as a global leader of entertainment within their space!

You are great at identifying the best ways to allocate work and manage the performance of a creative team within a deadline-driven environment.
You are used to working with creative designers, art workers, content creators, video producers and marketers and know how to create a positive working environment and development plans for individuals within this space.

As the Creative Lead you will have the opportunity to work across Design, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Production. You will ideally have a background or a creative eye for graphic design, animation, videography and brand guidelines. You will be responsible for the creative output across the business, alongside managing the internal creative processes you’ll own the brand guidelines, you’ll be the bridge between sales and marketing and will own the 3rd creative and marketing agency relationships.

You are used to working on campaign based creative processes, including creating campaigns for events such as Halloween or Christmas.

You are used to working with product and website catalogues that promote a range of products to specific audiences.

You will ideally have come from a creative background yourself either as a designer, marketer or studio manager, you love creating the strategy for the marketing and creative plan, and are looking to lead a division like this within a global organisation!
