Senior CRM Manager
Join a dynamic start-up offering a range of services from financial advice, dating and lifestyles, education/courses plus digital networking as a Senior CRM Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an extensive CRM with an active user base of more than 300,000 people. The company has secured its second round of funding and is looking for a skilled CRM Manager to support the Head of Marketing in delivering retention and re-engagement programmes and creating delightful engagements that make customers think of them again and again.
As the CRM Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and be highly analytical with expertise in implementing data-driven processes across all digital platforms. You will also provide creative marketing strategy and content for new ways to improve customer engagement and lifecycle.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you should have relevant commercial experience as a CRM Manager and exposure to the latest marketing technology platforms.
You will ideally have exposure to data-led customer segmented global product marketing processes.
You should also have experience working with a variety of CRM systems and can quickly understand the planning and delivery of email customer marketing campaigns that have been used with large user groups.
You are used to working with dynamicYou should be used to working with dynamic content and creating content to set the strategy for personalized customer engagements.
You should also have a passion for data-driven marketing and be able to analyze campaign results, identify key learnings, and develop and improve CRM initiatives.
You have experience managing or creatiExperience managing or creating test programs for email campaigns to identify best practices to enhance results is essential.
Knowledge and experience working with customer loyalty schemes is desirable, and you should enjoy creating campaigns to improve engagements and results.
