Head of PPC
We are looking for a Head of PPC to join a leading marketing agency and customer engagement team. This is an opportunity to be responsible for developing and executing many leading brand's paid search strategies, alongside managing and optimising their paid search campaigns and tracking and analysing their paid search performance. You will also work with a wider marketing team to integrate paid search campaigns with other marketing initiatives and stay up-to-date on the latest paid search trends and best practices.
The correct person will be able to demonstrate commercial experience in a paid search role including a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a team. You should also have experience with all major paid search platforms and a strong understanding of paid search campaign setup, optimisation, and bidding. Further to this you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in paid search, specifically within the agency landscape. This experience should include developing and executing paid search strategies, managing and optimising paid search campaigns, and tracking and analysing paid search performance.
We are looking for someone with experience managing and leading a team of paid search professionals. This experience should include setting and achieving team goals, providing coaching and development to team members, and creating a positive and productive team environment.
You can show in-depth experience using all major paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. This experience should include creating and managing campaigns, setting budgets, and optimising for the best results possible.
You can show a deep understanding of paid search campaign setup, optimisation, and bidding. This understanding should include keyword research, ad group structure, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collect and analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and can show the ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with others.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
