They should have at least two years of experience in the field and a passion for email marketing. They will use Spottler, a bespoke email marketing tool that connects to Workbooks, to send out millions of emails each year for various purposes, such as monthly newsletters, membership retention and recruitment, B2B, and fundraising. They will also support the charity’s website content using CMS platforms. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will be required to work in the office in High Wycombe for a maximum of 1-2 days per week, this will be predominately to organise and attend meetings, trainings, and workshops.

You have a good understanding of email marketing best practices, such as segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, and GDPR compliance.
Ideally you will have worked in a charity environment before and you understand its challenges and opportunities.
