We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead UX Designer to join a global Experience and Service Design consultancy. As the Lead UX Designer, you will take charge of leading projects across various disciplines, implementing effective solutions across web, mobile, and software platforms. You will help educate clients on the value of UX solutions and implement agile processes from a design-first perspective. The role will require a mix of hands-on UX work and UX strategy implementation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need several years of experience as a UX or Product Design Specialist with both client and agency experience.

You must be comfortable working with stakeholders and presenting ideas for improvement in digital service strategies.

You should also have experience as a line manager or UX mentor, partnering with people at all levels to drive positive change across the organization.
