We're helping a Fintech firm in its expansion phase, seeking a skilled Senior or Lead Product Designer to develop a range of new features and upcoming iterations for their web apps. They offer homeowners the resources they need for digital equity release when they need it.

As the Senior/Lead Product Designer, you will collaborate with a product design team to transform data into easy-to-use interfaces, create efficient processes, awesome account pages, and top-notch design systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing for a variety of web and mobile platforms and enjoy participating in all phases of the process, from research and illustration to prototyping, testing, and delivery to the dev teams.

About You:

You're a seasoned Product Designer with a track record of designing for SaaS platforms or Dashboards with Data Visualisations, ideally within an agile team.

You're accustomed to taking complete control of the process, leading workshops (such as product design workshops and design reviews)

collaborating with key stakeholders to guide the team through the design journey, identify crucial deliverables and milestones, and achieve them.

You can show through your portfolio high level prototypes, user flows, personas, and user experiences that created new solutions

You're an excellent communicator and team coach, helping to instill Design Thinking values into everyone's approach.
