Paid Social Media Executive
Are you passionate about social media marketing? Do you want to work with a dynamic and innovative team of growth marketers? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are supporting a growth marketing agency that helps e-commerce businesses scale their online presence and revenue using cutting-edge web and social media platforms. We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Executive to join their team and help them deliver impactful and measurable results for their clients.
As the Paid Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social media campaigns across various platforms. You’ll develop and test strategies, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. From here you will create and optimise dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights. This is a collaborative role where you will work closely with other team members and clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
About You:
Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and relevant commercial work experience as a Paid Social Media Executive.
You are proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns. You can also provide examples where you have used these commercially to improve results and report to clients or stakeholders.
You are used to monitoring and evaluating performance of paid social media campaigns across various platforms and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation that have delivered real results!
You have experience defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid social media campaigns and develop dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights.
You love testing and want to build new Test and Learn Strategies! You can show where you have designed and implemented A/B tests to optimise paid social media strategies and analysed test results.
You have experience with multiple audience segmentation scenarios and know how to utilise customer data to create targeted audience segments for personalised marketing efforts.
You know how to conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark paid social media efforts and provide insights on emerging social media marketing technologies and strategies.
