This is an opportunity for a strategic head of product design to lead the research, media, platform and innovation squads within the product division. They are looking for somebody to champion product design, get their designers to understand the research and become experts in their customers behaviour. You'll promote partnerships between product managers and product designers, roll out UCD principles and best ways of working through design sprints and design thinking.

You have experience creating and implementing design systems whilst presenting the importance of new processes to senior leaders and stakeholders

You can show where you have hired and built successful product design teams

You can show how you have facilitated positive team engagement between product design and product management divisions

You are continuously striving to learn the latest design and management practices to be the best leader you can be
