The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a new iOS application, leading the vision, and establishing the design division's culture and values. We are looking for someone who can set the standard for design across the business by developing design systems, style guides, and asset libraries. As the Director of Product Design, you will be accountable for hiring, developing, and supporting a talented team to facilitate agile validation and iteration.

You take a logical approach to auditing systems, data management, trend prediction, creating action plans, and resolving pain points.
