As Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive both long and short-term growth through new customer acquisition and retention. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive growth across regional and local digital performance marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels (Social, SEO, PPC & Shopping, Display, Email).

You have experience working in a collaborative way with other teams to ensure integrated plans & content.
You have experience owning financial spend for social and web campaigns.
You can show where you have developed and deliver insights, delivered ad hoc reporting. You are used to monitoring campaign performances across social and used to adjusting plans to drive effectiveness.
You are used to giving input on email campaigns and working with internal teams to deliver engaging content and increase the customer base
You will have a proven record of successfully leveraging data, to drive consumer insights.
You are a results-driven marketeer and be able to demonstrate previous successes
You are digitally fluent including hands-on experience with Good Ads, Doubleclick, (Klaviyo), CRM and reporting tools.
