To help you manage interview anxiety, we've compiled some "anti-anxiety" interview tips. Before the interview, focus on your breath, relax your muscles, understand your anxiety triggers and find a strategy to manage them, use your physical energy, research the company, team or sector, and massage your outer ears to stimulate blood vessels and raise alertness.
After the interview, try to relax and make time for yourself, distract yourself with a good book or movie binge, indulge in virtual adventures like gaming or VR worlds, create something beautiful or practical, treat yourself to something you enjoy, spend time with family or friends, and exercise or meditate to energize yourself.
Finally, remember the wise words of Mister Rogers, "Some days, doing 'the best we can' may still fall short of what we would like to be able to do, but life isn't perfect (on any front), and doing what we can, with what we have, is the most we should expect of ourselves or anyone else."
