Website Project Manager
We have an opportunity for a Website Project Manager to join a leading independent charity supporting people who live with an autoimmune disorder. They have been operating for several decades and have been digital first. They now have a huge website that they would like to migrate onto a new platform and are hiring a Website Project Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to manage the process. This contract has the potential to be extended or to become a permanent position in the business in the future.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the migration of a large website to a new platform. They should have a range of experience in managing website migrations and be able to manage the end-to-end delivery of the project. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will be required to work in the office in High Wycombe for a maximum of 1-2 days per week, this will be predominately to organise, and supervise meetings alongside leading the planning process.
About You:
You ideally have commercial experience working with both clients and agencies as a website or digital project manager, managing large-scale website projects and migrations that involve CRM/Database integrations.
You can give examples of where you have led projects from end to end, showing where you have taken full responsibility for website deliverables involving working closely with 3rd party agencies, managing the process with internal stakeholders, and aligning all the relevant people from the tech, design, marketing and data teams.
You are a website owner and optimisation specialist, you understand how to run website audits and identify improvements for search engine ranking results as well as finding and fixing site errors.
You have expert knowledge in content management systems and extensive experience in developing user journeys for both website visitors and internal teams. This experience ideally includes building content management systems for marketing teams so they are able to build and release structured marketing content quickly and effectively.
You are used to working with people at all levels across creative, marketing and technology teams as well as working with c-suite. You will be an expert at aligning diaries and getting people in the room together!
You are experienced in managing project budgets throughout their lifecycle. You understand commercial margins and final budget planning.
