An opportunity for an experienced Product Designer who is able to use UX processes to create data driven design solutions that are user-centric in design to create and deliver digital banking products that are future proof.

The role is responsible for all aspects of the design process, including workshops, ideation, user testing and UX/UI deliverables. You will work alongside other global team members across Product Management, Product Marketing and other creatives to create fintech experiences that users value and recommend.

About You:

You can produce all design artefacts; from initial discovery and user journey mapping through to the execution of final UI design details.

You have experience and knowledge of the fintech sector and how to create and collate data to drive users centric design

You are able to present your findings and designs through wireframes, prototypes and user flows to key stakeholders

You are experienced in championing the design and product launches in a company that is experiencing rapid growth and success.

Passionate and knowledgeable about inclusive design and accessibility

Ability to work independently and at speed to meet KPIs
