Marketing Manager
An opportunity has become available for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing Property Technology company. Founded within the last seven years they have set themselves the mission of digitising property purchasing, property legal searches and property insurance. Servicing both the B2B and B2C communities their platform provides a new way of thinking, reducing processing time, reducing the need for legal professionals and reducing the chances of mistakes to happen.
This is an opportunity for a Digital Marketing manager who loves setting up processes from scratch and has experience leading or working within marketing teams for SaaS startups. In this role you’ll implement HubSpot for customer acquisition and retention, including creating audience segmentation through test and learn strategies. You’ll work with the leadership team on strategy and growth planning and own marketing within the business.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have several years commercial marketing experience focusing on B2B digital marketing campaigns with proven experience shaping and delivering digital acquisition and retention strategies.
You will have prior experience working within startup environments, ideally with SaaS products where you have set up scalable marketing teams, worked closely with other business leaders, and implemented best practices for data analytics and learning.
You are experienced implementing CRM tools, and will ideally have experience with HubSpot. You can show where you have implemented marketing CRM strategies to drive growth and engage with target audiences
You love data, and know the best processes for audience segmentation, creating customer journeys, setting triggers and interactions. You will be able to show where you have implemented strategies with definable customer acquisition and retention improvements.
You have commercial experience with data and analytics tools, you can show where you have used this to re-define product marketing efforts and taking this through to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
You know the B2B content space, you are used to delivering SaaS marketing campaigns and have experience building partnerships with relevant brands and influencers.
You have experience managing 3rd party design and branding agencies and know the best B2B SaaS specialist consultancies to partner with.
